Anna Maria Horner's Patchwork Prism

I am a fan of Anna Maria Horner's beautiful fabrics. She designed a quilt for Janome called Patchwork Prism.

Isn't this beautiful? I love the hexagons that are created as a secondary design and the colors sing. You can download the pattern for this quilt here.

Bianca over at SweetDieselDesigns.com is hosting a quilt-along making this quilt and it is just getting started. The prizes in this quilt-along are very nice, including a new Janome sewing machine. Click on over and check it out! I am looking forward to seeing the progress in the Flickr group.

Until next time,
    Joan

  1. I'm always impressed by people who can come up with great designs just by using the colour spectrum! It looks great.
