A Snowflake for Deanna

In my Journal Round Robin Bee, Deanna is using a darling snowman fabric as her focus and has asked us to do a traditional block for her.  This is Deanna's block:

A beautiful Dresden fan block, with those cute snowmen peeking out!  This is the block I made for Deanna:

I thought it would be fun to make something that resembled a snowflake, and incorporate her snowmen.
